The pride and joy of RomanSQ is our Castelli double deck oven. The combination of our meticulous care in creating and maturing our dough, curating the ingredients for the topping and the Rolls-Royce of the commercial ovens for pizzas give rise to a RomanSQ square. We love being able to put our best forward in creating the delectably airy, light, and crispy pizzas.
Our preferred service counter would normally greet you as you walk towards us. That is, we'd be right there in front with our selection of pizzas for you to see from meters away. Much as we would have loved to have our pizzas catch your eye for you to discover serendipitously, hurricane country weather dictates otherwise.
The blessing? We get to focus on our creations and you inside, without needing to feel anxious when gusts of winds might blow.
If you drop by at the right time, you'll even get to see us in action as we create the day's pizzas for the evening round.
Not quite at the fire front, the three tables in front of the serving counter gives you unrestricted views of the pizzas on offer each day. The vantage also gives you a lot to ponder about ... whether you should have another piece or two, and if any which topping should it be.
Our facade translates from our logo - distinctive and memorable; just like our pizzas.
You can easily see where the square comes from, but the black? It is a distinctive color that goes with everything, just as our 96 hour dough does with the fresh ingredients we top it with.
Ultimately, the facade is not our talking piece, but distinctive enough to be described as the restaurant with the black front with red lettering. Definitely can't be missed when you try to find us.
